We have effectively secured and administered numerous Brownfield Redevelopment Financial Incentives over the last fifteen years, including single business tax credits, tax increment financing and grant funding for redevelopment of obsolete properties and sites with environmental challenges. We were instrumental in establishing Brownfield Legislation in the State of Michigan.
